We partner with a diverse group of agencies, enabling us to meet the employment and career training needs of all citizens, including dislocated workers, persons with disabilities, veterans, older workers and youth—as well as helping businesses find the skilled workforce they require.
As a division of the Department of Job and Family Services of Richland and Crawford counties, we connect families and individuals to a variety of assistance programs to help support them as they seek employment.
In nearly all cases, our services are free. If you’re looking for a new job or career, we connect you with employment counselors, job search resources and computers, assistance with resume building and interview preparation, training for in-demand careers, and financial resources to pay for it.
If you’re an employer, we connect you to a skilled workforce, helping you post jobs, recruit and screen candidates, arrange training for your employees, and assist you with labor market information.
